He is great at keeping everything balanced, and ensuring the guest experience is positive by honing in on the nuances of service.

Since RegMoPromo’s founding in 2010, Monisa has served as the administrative lead. No matter her role, Mo always makes sure that everyone is having a good time and a memorable experience. She’s great at talking to people, finding out what they need and making sure they get it. Whether in the front of the house or the back, she has spent the last 20 years making sure that people are happy.
